We want you to feel as good as you look in Raw Prints. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ve designed our return process to be as smooth as our premium cotton.

• 30-Day Return Window: You have a full 30 days from the date your package arrives to decide if it’s the right fit for you.
• Condition for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the T-shirt must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear or perfume/detergent scents.
• How to Initiate a Return:
  1. Email us at gfoocste@outlook.de with your order number and a brief note on why you’d like to return the item.
  2. Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
• Damaged or Defective Goods: Did we make a mistake? If your shirt arrives damaged or the print is faulty, please send us a photo immediately. We will ship a brand-new replacement at zero cost to you or issue a full refund.
• Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
